Sent:Thursday, May 16, 2024 4:18 PM To:Haley Shelton Subject:RE: COA Application 923 Cumberland Attachments:HDC2024-017 COC signed.pdf Haley, Please see attached copy of the signed COC. The original COA will be mailed to the owner’s mailing address listed with the county assessor. Please upload the attached copy of the signed COC to your building permit application when you apply, if one is required. The COC, or the copy, is required to be posted to the property in a location visible from the public right- of-way during your project work. This is primarily for our code enforcement officers and surrounding neighbors to see that the work has been permitted. Once you have completed the work, please provide photographs of the completed project or schedule a time with me to come review the completed work on site. Either works for this project scope. And yes, we will be replacing with architectural shingles. 2 From: Ratzlaff, Hannah K. <hratzlaff@littlerock.gov> Sent: Thursday, May 16, 2024 3:20 PM To: Haley Shelton <haley@downtowndwell.com> Subject: RE: COA Application 923 Cumberland Good afternoon, Haley, Please see attached draft Certificate of Compliance for your project at 923 Cumberland. Please review this draft and confirm if the COC reflects the full scope of your project. Once confirmed, Staff will then sign and send a copy back to you for your records. One clarifying question regarding your scope for this project: will you be replacing the existing asphalt shingles with architectural shingles? I want to make sure to note the right replacement material in the COC. I've attached some photos of some of the issues we plan to repair. I think Jill is also going to ask us to paint the whole building a different color.
