That whereas James R. Moix and Kimberly Moix are the owners of Lot 17, Pine Wood Hills Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and Haskell Dickinson. III is the owner of the East 50 feet of Lot 27, all of
Lot 28 and that part of Lot 29, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest comer of Lot 29 and run thence
Northerly along the West boundary line 107.4 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue in a straight line 51.6 feet
to the point of intersection in the North line of Lot 29; thence Northwesterly 65.7 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 29;
thence Southeasterly 91 feet to the point of beginning, in Pine Manor, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas.
That we James R. Moix and Kimberly Moix and Haskell Dlckinson,lll have hereinafter termed grantors, have
caused the said tract of land to by surveyed by Donald W. Brooks, Professional Registered Land Surveyor and a plat
thereof made which is identified by the title of Lot 17 R, being a replat of Lot 17, Pine Wood Hills Addition to the City of
Utte Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and Lot 28R in Pine Manor, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas.. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval
executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas in Plat Book 1� Page and the grantors do
hereby make this Bill of assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lends
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
The purpose of this replat Is to exchange property from Lot 17 to Lot 28. There are no changes in easements,
buildings, etc. in the original recording of the bill of assurance and plat.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record In the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
