BILL OF ASSURANCE
WHEREAS, Mineral Development, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability
company, is the sole owner of the previously platted section of that part of the
NW 1/ of NW % and the NE'/ of the NW 1/4 of Section 12, Township One (1)
North, Range Twelve (12) West, wholly lying within Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and which is more particularly described as follows:
Lot 1 of Diversified Subdivision, to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County Arkansas, a replat of Lots 1 and 2, Block I of Weinman's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County Arkansas,
and desire to replat said lots:

the said surveyor and the said grantor, and bears a Certificate of Approval
executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on record in the
Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County,

Arkansas, in Plat Book '77 Page -4 " and the grantor does
hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantor does hereby certify that it has replatted said real estate in
accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever
known as designed on said plat; and every deed of conveyance for said
property shall use this designation.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of
the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid
and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on
the said plat.
Except for any variance duly granted, all buildings constructed on said
lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street than the building line shown on
the plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the
Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
