RE: Z-10106 Anchor Realty Investments, LLC-PCD 13240 Cantrell Road Development Staff Comments: Application notes that the two proposed buildings will be fast food restaurants; Staff suggests providing alternate uses for the proposed buildings. Label 40’ landscape buffer on Highway 10 frontage on a revised site plan. Will the overall property be plated into 2 lots as part of the planned development? Provide days and hours of operation. Provide building elevations. Provide N/S and E/W Cross Sections through property for proposed development. If there is going to be a dumpster on site it must be shown on the site plan and screened as per Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
