Below and attached are the responses of Anchor Realty Investments LLC to the staff comments and engineering comments. We did not see anything else required from any of the other comments
(outside of engineering) at this time, but only in the future when permits are requested and final plans get done.

Staff Comment Responses:
List of alternate uses that would be possible or considered in addition to fast food restaurants:
Coffee Shop, Bank, Pharmacy, Dry Cleaner, Car Wash, Donut Shop, Medical Clinic, Auto Service Center (drive thru and do not get out of car), and other general retail that could utilize
a drive-thru.

Engineering Comment Responses Re: Rezoning:

This would be accomplished at the time of development and construction as required. We are already working with ARDOT since a portion of the property has been taken as part of the Highway
10 widening project that is ongoing. We have an agreement with ARDOT in place for dedication and conveyance.

I am also attaching to this e-mail the Cover Letter we submitted with the applications. Torrance called me this morning and said he did not have it. So, for your records, I am reattaching
