Anchor Realty Investments LLC wants to drop their application for rezoning Z-10106 and will reserve the right to re-file at a later time once more detail can be provided to clear up
the objections by staff.
Please note ARI is NOT dropping the application for alley abandonment that is on the consent docket (G-23-494). They would still like approval on that.
