Re: AFMC —1023 West 41h Street (Outbuilding)
To Planning Commission:
AFMC, located at 1020 West 4 h Street, is requesting a conditional use permit for the outbuilding
on their site. They want to use it as an event center. They also want to construct a monument sign
on the corner of 3rd Street & Chester Street. They have been using the building as a
conference/training facility for their employees. They intend to rent it out to other groups when
they are not using it for their own use. The room is fairly small; therefore it will be somewhat
limited use. It will just be smaller groups that can rent it. It has sufficient parking to the east (on -
site).
