RE: STR1 SUP Application
To whom it may concern:
My proposed STR1 at 1600-A N. Grant St. shall not host private parties, special events such as
weddings or receptions, or tours for a fee.
My application is for a one bedroom, one bathroom unit above the detached garage (accessory
structure) to be used as a STR1. I live in the main house on the property. I also own
1607/1607-A N. University Ave.across the alley (west) that are both STR1. I do not have any
residential neighbors across O St. (south); the Prospect Building (multi -acre commercial
development) is across O St. I have adequate on -site parking for STR1 guests. On -street
parking is available, and would not be impaired, on O St.
