Chester Street Development Staff Comments: Will the existing accessory dwelling be renovated or will it be removed and rebuilt? The existing accessory dwelling will be renovated. Provide building height for accessory dwelling. The interior height of the accessory dwelling is 8 feet, 10 inches. The front exterior height is 14 feet. The rear exterior height is 16 feet 8 inches. Will both dwellings on the site be rented or just the accessory dwelling? The accessory dwelling is the only dwelling to be rented.
