1. An updated preliminary plat has been provided.
1.1 – The name and address of the subdivider has been added to the preliminary
plat.
1.2 – A request for required variances has been completed and attached.
1.3 A preliminary drainage report has been completed and attached. Additionally
the approximate locations of offsite contributing drainage has been added to the
preliminary plat.
1.4 The proposed ditch dimensions have been added to the preliminary plat.
Comment 5 of the general notes notates that all open spaces are access,
drainage, and utility easements.
1.5 The preliminary plat has been updated showing the source reference for the
surrounding existing subdivisions.
1.6 A phasing plan has been added to the updated preliminary plat.
1.7 An analysis of all stormwater conveyance for the 100 year storm has been
completed as part of the provided preliminary drainage report.
1.8 The certiflcate of preliminary accuracy has been updated of the updated
preliminary plat.
1.9 The certiflcate of preliminary engineering accuracy has been updated on the
updated preliminary plat.
1.10 The certiflcate of preliminary plat approval has been updated on the updated
preliminary plat.
2. The ROW line along W 36th Street has been relocated on the updated preliminary
plat to account for the 90 ft required ROW.
3. An updated phasing plan has been added to the updated preliminary plat.
4. Offsite contributing drainage fiows for 25 and 100 year storm events as well as the
contributing areas have been added at their approximate locations on the updated
preliminary plat. The preliminary plat has been updated showing the current and
proposed stormwater waterway. The proposed waterway is marked as yellow, the
existing is marked as red as denoted in the legend on the updated preliminary plat.
5. The preliminary plat has been updated with 5’ sidewalks and ADA ramps.
6. The mail kiosk locations have ADA accessibility.
