For Entergy, we will need additional space for the switchgear pad when the lot owners begin construction. It would
be easier to secure now than working with them individually. We would require an area of 14'xl4' for the pad and
whatever conduit distance from the existing easement. Also, we need 12 to 15 feet in the front and back of the
switchgear to operate hotsticks.
