That setback will be measured from the face of the base of the support structure to the property line of the abutting residential property. The equipment facility shall meet as a minimum the setback requirements of the underlying zone. If you look at Page 3 of the attached CDs, there is a section that shows the setbacks: / We are 187’ from the North property line, 155’ to the West property line, 245’ to the East property line and 1537’ to the South property line.
