To whom it may concern,
The application letter is regarding a submittal made by Nick Tucker, PS #1755, to the City of Little
Rock Planning Board in regard to a Proposed Replat submittal for "FINAL PLAT LOTS 1 THOUGH 3
LINLEY ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK" as submitted to Monte Moore.
The Bill of Assurance would be affected, amended, or changed for LINLEY ADDITION. New BOA
will be prepared for this subdivision.
Tucker Land Surveying is requesting that the proposed tract replat survey plat be reviewed by the board
at the next available meeting.
As a part of this submittal, Tucker Land Surveying, and its client, are not requesting a variance for any
items.
