On all the questioned lots you show the alleys being used for driveways anyhow, so I don’t understand your question. The alley shall be used for access for at a minimum of the first
lot on the corner. The issue is that you and I both know that if one lot has access to the alley the other will want it and it will be held to the same standard of improvement. The
drive is too close to the intersection on said lot and causes a sight distance issue as well as issues with backing on to the street as people are entering and exiting the intersection.
Civil Staff cannot support the drives on the corner lots of the intersections of the questioned lots.
I apologize for it taking some time to get back with you and get you an answer. As I have mentioned it is just myself doing everything up here including; site reviews commercial and
residential, plat reviews, subdivision reviews, site inspections, board request, board meetings, stormwater manual revamp, and so many more things that I could continue to list. Thank

Hello name is Quincy Edwards with University District Development Corporation. On this project we are working with the City using Home funds. With that said the funds are limited. What
is wrong with the proposed driveway? Is there another way to make them work besides redoing the alleys?
