We are requesting rezoning of the above address to allow the following:
Construction of a Single Family Home and an ADU. Requesting a setback reduction for 1015 Calhoun St, Little
Rock, AR 72202. SFH will be 1,200 sq ft (2 bedroom + 2 bathrooms) and ADU will be boo sq ft (1 bedroom + 1
bathroom).
We would request the rear setback of the property be changed to 1o' and front setback to 20'. We believe this will be
the best use of this property and help provide high quality affordable housing to the area.
