The attachment contains the notice form and the abstract list you obtained from the title company.
Staff mailed the notices via regular mail to landowners appearing on the ownership search today.

Summarizing our discussion regarding notices for the November 14, 2024, Planning Commission (PC) meeting:
Planning staff will mail the notices to landowners per the ownership search on your behalf for the November Planning Commission (PC) meeting, therefore there is no need for you to do
so.
For the record, I will provide you with a copy of the notice, the ownership search you obtained from the title company and the date the notices were mailed from this office.
Finally, please be mindful the sign you obtained from this office must be posted - visible from the street, thirty (30) days prior to the meeting. If the sign is not in good shape, please
feel free to come by the office and I will provide you with another one (1) at no charge.
If you have further questions, do not hesitate to contact me or Debra.
