Attached is the PRD for the referenced project.
The project will be for single family residential homes for either sale or rent.
The Owner will provide house plans and elevations when they become available.
We have not gotten back signatures on the affidavit yet but will provide that to you as soon as we
have received it from the owner.
Please place this item on the agenda for the next Planning Commission meeting.
