RE: Z-10050 Perkins Multi-Sectional Manufactured Home Conditional Use Permit 17824 Corinthian Drive Development Staff Comments: Provide sit plan showing proposed manufactured home with the following: Dimensions of proposed manufactured home. Setbacks from all property lines. Show on site plan all decks, porches, etc… to be attached to the residence. Will the existing gravel driveway and parking be used or do you plan to pave that area? According to Section 36-254 (d)(5) of the City Zoning Ordinance, the following minimum siting standards shall apply to all instances of placement of a manufactured home in the R-2 single-family district by conditional use permit: A pitched roof of three (3) in twelve (12) or fourteen (14) degrees or greater. Removal of all transport elements Permanent Foundation Exterior will must be finished so as to be compatible with the neighborhood Orientation must be compatible with placement of adjacent structures. Must be underpinned with permanent materials All homes shall be multi-sectional Off-street parking per single-family dwelling standard.
