The following minimum siting standards apply:
The home has a pitched roof of 3” to every 12 ft.
The current structure is planned to be demolished and all debris removed and hauled off.
A concrete slab permanent foundation will be poured
The exterior will be finished and compatible with the neighborhood.
The orientation will be compatible with placement of adjacent structures.
The structure will be underpinned with permanent materials. There will be a concrete slab poured underneath.
The home is multi-sectional.
There will be off-street parking per single-family dwelling.
