Notices must be postmarked no later than Wednesday, July 24, 2024. Please use the attached agenda to verify your “S” file or “Z” file number: (Z) number [example: Z-1234] (S) number [example: S-1234] – Preliminary Plats only Please provide the following notice exhibits below to Development staff no later than Friday, July 26, 2024: Proof of notification. (Completed Notice of Public Hearing Form - attached). Copy of the certified abstract List. (Please see the notice for mailouts requirement). Certified mail receipts (The small green/white receipts reflecting the postmark stamp affixed by the post office. Please fill out the receipts to include the landowner’s address provided by the title search). Finally, as a reminder, except for preliminary plats, applicants are required to provide a photo to staff demonstrating the sign provided by this office was posted at the site. Please note the sign must be visible from the street.
