HomeMy WebLinkAboutCover Letter 071924July 1, 2024 City of Little Rock Department of Planning and Development 723 West Markham Little Rock, AR 72201 Attn: Zoning and Subdivision Manager re: Application for a Conditional Use Permit for 3222 Bishop St. Dear Mr. Brad Jordan: I the applicant, Mr. Stanley Phillips, I am pleased to submit to you the enclosed documents (completed application; two copies of a survey; two copies of a site plan; and an application fee check) towards implementing the process to obtain a Conditional Use Permit for the development of property on 3222 Bishop St, Braddocks Blvd., Lots 7 & 8, Block 35 This property is intended to be developed by me as two (2) residential duplex units with off street parking. Please note that I the applicant shall act in my own behalf during the Application process. The new units (2x attached units with four (4) separate tenants), approx. 2,348 sf. each duplex unit) shall be a two-story, flat reinforced concrete slab; thermal insulated wood -framed structure; clad with vinyl siding: vinyl clad thermal glazed windows and a hip roof clad with asphalt shingles. Eight (8) .concrete paved off-street car slots are to be constructed on the property, as illustrated on the site plan.
