HomeMy WebLinkAboutCover Letter 071924Nunn Development Group Inc — a for profit development company plan is to construct affordable housing as prescribed in the Land bank provision for the lot purchased with Federal Funds. Lot is currently zoned R3, however it is surrounded on 3 sides by R4 zoning with a duplex occupied next door. Our intention with this application is to obtain the conditional use approval for construction of a duplex. Closing of the property is set for 7/20/2O24 however the resolution from the Little Rock Board of Directors to transfer the property to my business is included in the application as well. Prior to approval by the Land Bank commission I had a brief conversation with Mr. Henry Barton, Capitol Hill neighborhood representative on April 24 about the plans to construct a duplex and he informed he thought that was a great idea and was supportive. Indicated there were no scheduled neighborhood meetings however he would call some residents and inform them of my plans and if desired they would reach out to me. I gave him my phone and email address for future contact if needed. Per a search on the County website, there is not a bill of assurance for the neighborhood this property is located in (Capitol hill). Jonathan Nunn President - Nunn Development Group
