This application letter is regarding a submittal made by Nick Tucker, PS #1755, to the City of Little
Rock Department of Planning and Development regarding a conditional use permit to allow a duplex to
be constructed in an R-3 zone at the following addresses:
1912 Dennison Street
Little Rock, AR
The lots are currently zoned R-3 with conditional use for Duplex. All adjacent lots are zoned R-3. 2 Lots
south has CUP for Duplex as well..
Tucker Land Surveying is requesting that the conditional use permit be reviewed by the board at the
next planning meeting in August.
