1. What is the maximum number of children to be cared for at this location?
2. Will the primary caregiver/property owner reside at this location?
3. How many staff persons will there be at this location?
4. Provide access and parking plan to include a plan for drop-off and pick-up of children.
5. Show area for outdoor playground on revised site plan.
6. Any signage must comply with Section 36-551 of the Zoning Code.
