That we, Edward Lee Meux and Shirley Ann Meux and Lena Meux, Trustee,
hereafter termed Grantors, have caused said tracts of land to be surveyed by Dolton

and the date April 12th 2006; and by the signature of the said Engineer and the said
Grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval, executed by the Little Rock Planning
Commission, and is on record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, as Instrument No. 2-COU Q k/3 20 3 ,
and the Grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The Grantors do hereby certify that they have replatted said real Estate in
accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known
as designated on said plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property shall, use
this designation. Each lot shall forever be used only for the purpose designated by
the zoning ordinances of the City of Little Rock.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the office of the Circuit
Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete
delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on said plat. All
building construction on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street than
the building line shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in
conformance with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas.

That we, Edward Lee Meux and Shirley Ann Meux, husband and wife, and Lena
Meux, as Trustee of The Lena Meux Revocable Trust, dated June 2e, 1993,
for and in consideration of the sum of One and no/100 dollars ($1.00) paid by the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
transfer and Quitclaim unto the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, Grantee, and unto its
successors and assigns forever, for the purpose of constructing, improving,
maintaining, repairing, replacing, testing and inspection of public streets, public
utilities, storm drainage, sidewalks and other public purposes, all of our right, title,
interest, equity and estate in and to the following lands lying in the County of
Pulaski, State of Arkansas:
See Exhibit "A" attached for legal description.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and unto its
successors and assigns forever, with all tenements, appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging,
And we, Edward Lee Meux and Shirley Ann Meux, for and in consideration of such
sum of money, hereby release and relinquish unto said Grantee all of our right of
dower, curtesy and homestead in and to such lands.
