Setback Requirements. No structures shall be located on any lot nearer to the front lot line or the side street line than the minimum building setback lines shown on the Plat; provided, such setback requirements may be modified if such modification is approved by the Little Rock Planning Commission or the Little Rock Board of Adjustment, and such other regulatory agency as may succeed to their functions.
