That whereas I, John G. Bonaminio, am the owner of: Lot 2, Leawood Place Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
That, I, John G. Bonaminio , hereinafter termed grantors, has caused the said tract of land to by surveyed by
Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Registered Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title
of Lots 2A and 2B, being a replat of Lot 2, Leawood Place Addition to the City of Liftle Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by
the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-ofticlo Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas as Instrument No. .0 t DL 01P,q 55" and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of
Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
The purpose of this plat is to make two lots out of one lot.
All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas. The buildings lines shown on the plat are as the buildings were constructed.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.

we can divide property in Leawood. Accordingly, attached is a .pdf file showing the
replat of Lot 2, Leawood Place Addition (37 Janwood) into 2 lots. Please review and sign
off on the creation of lot 2B. No easement changes were made. Feel free to contact John
or me if you have questions.

Have no problem with Replat if they add 10 foot easement along east property line of both lots.
Our sewer main is located along the property line running north and south.
