Hardin is the owner of Lot 189, Leawood Manor Second Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and Barbara C. & Raymond A. Wende are the owners of Lot 188, Leawood Manor Second Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. That, Matthew J. Hardin and Barbara C. & Raymond A. Wende, hereinafter termed grantor, have caused the said tract of land to by surveyed by Donald W. Brooks, Professional Registered Land Surveyor and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title of Lots 188R and 189R, being a replat of Lot 188 and 189, Leawood Manor Second Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas in Plat Book , Page and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance. The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation. The purpose of this replat is to change the configuration of the lots as originally platted. The building lines and easements remain the same as platted in Plat Book 19, Page 38, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be valid and complete deliv dedication of the Nreets and easements shown on the said plat.
