RE: Variance Application for 50 Edgehill DR., Little Rock, AR
Dear Mr. Price,
On behalf of our client, we are requesting a variance to allow construction of an approximately
12' tall retaining wall at the rear of the property and 4' to 6' retaining wall at the front to provide
screening from the streets surrounding the property.
We are asking to be placed on the November 2024 Board of Adjustments hearing.
