Plot 61 and 62, Prospect Terrace Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
LESS AND EXCEPT that part of Plot 62 begin at a point common to Plots 62 and 63 on the
Southerly right-of-way line of Edgewood Road; thence Southwesterly 130 feet along the
common line to said Plots 62 and 63; thence Northwesterly 25.6 feet along the line common to
Plots 62 and 67; thence Northeasterly 130.7 feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of
Edgewood Road; thence Southeasterly 37.25 feet along the said Southerly right-of-way line of
the Point of Beginning.
Addendum B
The layout of the lot and stone fence makes accessing the rear of the property impossible from
the south side of the lot, we would like to make the garage usable and there for need to expand
the garage along the west side of the property towards the south in order to make it accessible
from the north side of the lot. We feel that this will increase the usability of the lot and will
provide extra safety measures for the occupants.
