I’m attaching the full set of architectural plans. The first page is a survey with the new design overlayed. As you can see the existing structure is as close as a .3’ to the property
line - its hard to tell actually but it looks like the replacement will be no closer than a foot to the property line and will extend further back into the existing back yard.
