AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM
VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF
CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A
VARIANCE TO ALLOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOTS
WITH AN INCREASED LOT DEPTH TO WIDTH RATIO
FOR THE HOLIMAN SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAT
(5- 1542), LOCATED AT 10322 PEACE VALLEY DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of
the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Holiman Subdivision
Preliminary Plat (5- 1542), located at 10322 Peace Valley Drive as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31- 232(b) for the Holiman Subdivision Preliminary Plat (5- 1542), located at
10322 Peace Valley Drive, to allow an increased lot depth to width ratio for proposed
Lots 1 and 2 of the Holiman Subdivision Preliminary Plat.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
