The hearing will be held in the Board of Directors Chambers, City Hall 2"d Floor, 500 West Markham Street. The meeting begins at 4:00 p.m. Below are the neighborhood associations that we encourage you to contact regarding your application: Chevaux Court Property Owners Association, Bill Sutton, 43 Chevaux Circle, Little Rock, AR 72223 West Little Rock Collation of Neighborhoods, Mary Dornhoffer, 6916 Westridge Road, Roland, AR 72135 Your request will be Item #6 on the agenda. Your application request will require notification of property owners abutting the site by Certified Mail using the Notification form provided in the application package. The list of property owners must be a certified listing of property owners obtained from an abstract company. This notification must be mailed at least 15-days prior to the Public Hearing, therefore the notices must be mailed no later than March 15, 2006. Once the notices are mailed please provide me with the Certified Mail receipts, a copy of the list provided by the abstract company and the notice form with the affidavit executed.
