AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM
VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF
CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR
VARIANCES TO ALLOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PIPE
STEM LOT, LOTS WITH A REDUCED LOT WIDTH AND A
DOUBLE FRONTAGE LOT FOR THE PLEASANT TREE
TRACT A REPLAT (5- 1396 -A), LOCATED AT THE END
OF JOHNNY CAKE LANE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of
the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Pleasant Tree Tract A
Replat (5- 1396 -A), located at the end of Johnny Cake Lane as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31- 232(f) for the Pleasant Tree Tract A Replat (5- 1396 -A), located at the end of
Johnny Cake Lane, to allow the creation of a pipe stem lot — Lot 456B, of the Pleasant
Tree Tract A Replat.
Subsection B. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31- 232(a) for the Pleasant Tree Tract A Replat (5- 1396 -A), located at the end of
Johnny Cake Lane, to allow a reduced lot width - Lots 456A and 456C, of the Pleasant
Tree Tract A Replat.
Subsection C. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31- 232(d) for the Pleasant Tree Tract A Replat (S- I396 -A), located at the end of
Johnny Cake Lane, to allow the creation of a double frontage lot — Lot 456B, of the
Pleasant Tree Tract A Replat
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
