HomeMy WebLinkAbout19629ORDINANCE NO. 19,629 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE TO ALLOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF A LOT WITH A REDUCED LOT AREA FOR THE CENTRE ADDITION REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT (5- 1537), LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF COLONEL GLENN ROAD AND I -430. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Centre Addition Revised Preliminary Plat (5- 1537), located on the Northwest corner of Colonel Glenn Road and I -430 as follows: Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31 -284 for the Centre Addition Revised Preliminary Plat (S- 1537), located on the Northwest corner of Colonel Glenn Road and I -430, to allow the development of lots with a reduced lot area for Lot 1, 2 and 4 -8 of the Centre Addition Revised Preliminary Plat. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage. PASSED: Ala).
