Enclosed is an application for a site plan review for approval of an office building addition at the Colony West
Shopping Center. The checklist of the enclosures is as follows:
• Eighteen (18) copies of the survey and site plan (Sheet C-1) indicating the existing buildings
• Eighteen (18) copies of the legal description of the site (Sheet C-la)
• Eighteen (18) copies of the vicinity map (Sheet C-lb)
• Eighteen (18) copies of the enlarged site plan showing the proposed new building (Sheet C-2)
• One (1) copy of an Affidavit authorizing Eugene Levy as Agent for the Owner.
• One (1) copy of the Information Sheet for Subdivision Site Plan Reviews
• One (1) check in the amount of $366 for the filing fee.

Certification confirming required notification of adjacent property owners will be forwarded at a later date.
You will note that the application requests the siting of a new 4,016 SF office building to be located immediately
north of the existing east Colony West building. We are requesting a 15' set -back from the rear property line of the
Colony West Shopping Center. This property line is adjacent to an existing private drive and therefore the reduced
set -back will not adversely impact adjacent property. This reduced set -back (less than the 25' requirement) will
allow the project to have less excavation and will move the building further from the foundations of the north
Colony West building, which footings thereof will not then be surcharging the new foundation excavation.
We are requesting that storm water runoff from the new building area continue to be drained into the private drive.
The water flows from the private drive through a curb cut directly into an adjacent stream. Since the construction
footprint is only approximately 5,000 SF, we are requesting a waiver of the storm water retention requirement.
