This Twentieth Supplemental to Bill of Assurance of Chenal Valley Commercial
Neighborhood is made by Deltic Timber Corporation, formerly known as Deltic Farm & Timber
Co., Inc., (the "Developer" or the "Declarant") as hereinafter set forth.
WHEREAS, Developer caused to be filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-
Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas that certain Bill of Assurance of Chenal Valley
Commercial Neighborhood on September 30, 1996 as Instrument No. 96-68199 (the "Original
Bill of Assurance") creating the Chenal Valley Commercial Neighborhood, a First Supplemental
Bill of Assurance on February 19, 1997 as Instrument No. 97-10852, a Second Supplemental Bill
of Assurance on November 7, 1997 as Instrument No. 97-074244, a Third Supplemental Bill of
Assurance on September 24, 1998 as Instrument No. 98-074071, a Fourth Supplemental Bill of
Assurance on December 22, 1998 as Instrument No. 98-101872, a Fifth Supplemental Bill of
Assurance on December 31, 1998 as Instrument No. 98-103569, a Sixth Supplemental Bill of
Assurance on April 1, 1999, as Instrument No. 99-02667, a Sixth Supplemental Bill of
Assurance on August 20, 1999 as Instrument No. 99067159, a Seventh Supplemental Bill of
Assurance on August 20, 1999 as Instrument No. 99067160, an Eighth Supplemental Bill of
Assurance on March 31, 2000 as Instrument No. 200002149.3, a Ninth Supplemental Bill of
Assurance on October 3, 2001, as Instrument No. 2001076618, a Tenth Supplemental Bill of
Assurance on November 16, 2001 as Instrument No. 2001090119, an Eleventh Supplemental
Bill of Assurance on December 28, 2001 as Instrument No. 2001100891, a Twelfth
Supplemental Bill of Assurance on December 17, 2002 as Instrument No. 200207431, a
Thirteenth Supplemental Bill of Assurance on February 4, 2003 as Instrument No. 2003011536,
a Fourteenth Supplemental Bill of Assurance on April 30, 2003 as Instrument No. 2003039556, a
Fifteenth Supplemental Bill of Assurance on June 25, 2003 as Instrument No. 2003063726, a
Sixteenth Supplemental Bill of Assurance on November 20, 2003 as Instrument No.
2003119211, a Seventeenth Supplemental Bill of Assurance on September 3, 2003 as Instrument
No. 2003090033, and, an Eighteenth Supplemental Bill of Assurance on December 1, 2003 as
Instrument No. 2003120900 (a Nineteenth Supplemental Bill of Assurance dated December 9,
2003 is anticipated to be filed of record subsequent to this instrument).
WHEREAS, the following real property is part of the Chenal Valley Commercial
Neighborhood and subject to the Original Bill of Assurance (but not the previous supplements
thereto), to wit:
PART OF THE SW1/4 SE1/4 OF SECTION 14, T-2-N, R-14-W, LITTLE
ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED AS:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 1, CHENONCEAU
COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; THENCE S 88o09'32"E ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF
SAID LOT 1, 225.52 FT.; THENCE S00o58'15"W, 230.09 FT.; THENCE
N73o41'37"W, 260.50 FT. TO A POINT ON THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY
LINE OF CHENONCEAU BLVD.; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG
SAID EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE BEING THE ARC OF A 1004.93 FT.
RADIUS CURVE TO THE LEFT, A CHORD BEARING AND DISTANCE OF
N09o51'27"E, 166.62 FT. TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING
47,123 SQ. FT. OR 1.0818 ACRES MORE OR LESS.

WHEREAS, the previously described Unplatted Property is being platted as Lot 2,
Chenonceau Commercial Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
WHEREAS, Developer files this Twentieth Supplemental Bill of Assurance to reflect the
new legal description of the Unplatted Property as Lot 2, Chenonceau Commercial Subdivision,
an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, Developer, for and in consideration of the benefits to accrue to it,
its Successors and Assigns, which benefits it acknowledges to be of value, has caused to be made
a Plat, showing a survey made by Paul M. White, Registered Land Surveyor dated
ZDQ 3 , and bearing a Certificate of Approval executed by the Department of
Comprehensive Planning of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and showing the boundaries and
dimensions of the Real Property now being divided into a Tract (the "Plat").
The land embraced in the Plat shall be forever known as Lot 2, Chenonceau Commercial
Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and any and every deed of
conveyance of the Tract describing the same as shown on said Plat shall always be deemed a
sufficient description thereof.
Said land herein platted and any interest therein is hereby subject to all those certain
terms, covenants and restrictions contained in the Bill of Assurance of Chenal Valley
Commercial Neighborhood filed September 30, 1996 as Instrument No. 9668199, all of which
are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof and Deltic Timber Purchasers, Inc.
executes this Twentieth Supplemental to the Bill of Assurance of Chenal Valley Commercial
Neighborhood for the purposes set forth in Paragraph 23 of the Original Bill of Assurance.
