the City of Little Rock, into lots 13A and 13B for approval. The
second amendment to the Bill of Assurance, recorded in book 13939
page 153, permitted lot 13 to be subdivided.

be replatted.

THAT JE, the said owners, herein after termed grantors, have caused
said tract of land to be surveyed by Edward Lofton, a Registered Land
Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title Lots
13 A and 13 B being a replat of Lot 13 Chambers Addition to the City
or Little Rock, Arkansas and the date 21 April 19959 and by the sign-
ature of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas in Plat Book E page 3y $ and the grantors do hareby make
this Bill of Assurance.
The purpose of this amendment is to replat Lot 13 into Lots 13 A and
13 B.
There are strips of ground shown and dimensioned on said plat marked
"Easement" reserved for the use of public utilities, and for drainage
purposes respectively, subject at all times to the proper authorities
and to the easement herein reserved. The owners of this replat shall
take their titles subject to the rights of public utilities and the
public.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office
of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall_
be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the easements shown
on the said plat.
Hereafter, conveyance and description of said lands by lot number as
shown on said plat, shall be a proper and sufficient description thereof.
The lots in said subdivision shall be sold by the grantors and shall be
purchased by the buyers thereof, subject to the covenants sat forth in
the parent document filed in Deed Book 1359 page 293.
