BILL OF ASSURANCE
WHEREAS, Ronald R. Hopper is the sole owner of the following
described property:
Part of the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 6, T-I-N, R-13-W,
Pulaski County Arkansas; containing 2.7 acres, more or less.
AND WHEREAS, it is desirable to plat said lots 1 and 2.
HOPPER SUBDIVISION to Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSES:
That we, the said owner, hereinafter termed grantor, have
caused tract of land to be surveyed by Ed Fryer, Surveyor and
William D. Ford, Registered Professional Engineer, and a plat
thereof made which is identified by the title HOPPER SUBDIVISION
said grantor, and is on record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk
and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book
Page and the grantor(s) do hereby make this Bill of
Assurance.
The grantor(s) do hereby certify that they have platted said
real estate in accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in
said plat shall be forever known as designed on said plat; and
every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this desig-
nation.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for recording
the office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedica-
tion of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
The building lots herein platted shall be held, owned, and
used only as permanent business, commercial, or residential
building sites. Residential buildings shall not be less that
2,000 square feet in size and no mobile or modular homes will be
permitted. No livestock animals including but not limited to
horses, cows, pigs, and goats shall be permitted. All out
buildings shall be constructed in similar architecture and
building materials as main residence. Bill of Assurance shall be
in effect for twenty-five (25) years from the date of signature.
All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed
no nearer to the street than the building line shown on the plat,
and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the
Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
