Legal Description
Part of Lot "M" described as: Beginning at the Northeast corner of
Lot "C", 'thence Southwesterly along the West line of Lot "F" and
Lot "G", 305 ft. to a point on the North line of Lot 272; thence
N66°31'W, 23 ft. along the North line of Lot 272 to the Northwest
corner thereof; thence N23'29'E, 100 ft. to a point; thence
N6631'Wy 400 ft. to a point; thence N23'29'E, 288 ft. to a
point; thence S56'06'E, 535 ft. to the point of beginning.
Containing 2.59 acres more or less.
Kingwood Place
An Ingress and Egress Easement being 22.5 ft. either side of a
centerline described as follows
A part of Tract X Kingwood Place, an Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly described as. Commencing
at the intersection point of the South line of Tract D, said
Kingwood Place and the South right-of-way line of Valley Road;
thence Northwesterly along the said .South right-of-way line and the

S76?07'4.2"W, 165.20 ft. to a point on the Westerly extension of the
