Burrow is the sole owner of the following described property: Lot 30, Pebble Beach Park, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and desire to plat said lots. NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That I, the said Denise J. Burrow, hereinafter termed grantor(s) have caused said tract of land to be surveyed by Paul M. White, Registered Professional Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title Lot 30R. Pebble Beach Park. an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and the date August 2011 and by the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantor, and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, as Instr. 2— 01 t Oil Q 2-9 � and the grantor does hereby make this Bill of Assurance. The grantor does hereby certify that they have re -platted said real estate in accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat, and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation. The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on said plat. The purpose of this instrument is to amend the current building line to allow for the encroachment of the house authorized by the Board of Adjustment at its meeting on August 30, 2010. All buildings constructed on said lot shall be constructed no nearer to the street than the building line shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
