KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WHEREAS William W. Bussey, Jr: and Penny B. Bussey and William David
Moore and Rebecca H. Moore (herein referred to as "Grantors") are the owners
of the following property in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas:
Lots 53 and 54, Pebble Beach Park, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, recorded in Plat Book 40, Page17 of the records of
the Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
AND WHEREAS, the Grantors desire to replat the above described property.
NOW THEREFORE, the Grantors have caused the said property to be surveyed by
Robert C. Lowe, Jr., Registered Professional Land Surveyor, and a plat made
thereof, identified by the title "Lots 53R and 54R, A Replat of Lots 53 and
54, Pebble Beach Park, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas". The plat bears
the signatures of Robert C. Lowe, Jr., Registered Professional Land Surveyor
and Patrick M. McGetrick, Registered Professional Engineer, the signatures
of the Grantors, a Certificate of Approval by the Little Rock Planning
Commission and is filed for record in the office of the Circuit County Clerk
of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Plat #
The lands embraced in the said plat shall be forever known as "Lots 53R and
54R, A Replat of Lots 53 and 54, Pebble Beach Park, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas and all conveyances of the said lots shall bear this de-
scription.
The filing of this plat for record in the office of the Pulaski Circuit
County Clerk shall constitute a complete and valid delivery of any ease-
ments and/or rights of way shown on the plat.
The lots shown on the plat shall be used only for single family residential
purposes -All other provisions of the original Bill. of Assurance for Pebble
Beach Park, recorded in Deed Record Book 1447, Page 597 of the records of the
Pulaski Circuit County Clerk shall remain in full force and effect. All build-
ing codes and zoning ordinances of the City of Little hock shall be applicable.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have affixed their sigantures this day
of 1995.
