Dear Mr. Moore:
Handling Systems & Conveyors, Inc. has experience a steady growth at this location
since starting up in 1995 and presently needs additional shop -warehouse space and
parking to allow this growth to continue. This company represents several leading
manufacturers of material handling equipment and systems, which require warehousing
and assembly areas. In addition Handling Systems & Conveyors, Inc. designs and
manufactures conveying systems at this location.
The existing shop -warehouse consists of a 1-story pre-fab metal building (12,000 SF). It
is proposed to add an additional 3-bays (9000 SF) of a similar type 1-story pre-fab metal
structure. In addition 7888 SF is to be added to the existing paved parking area. Both
will require grade work with proper erosion and sediment controls.
Enclosed are sixteen (16) copies of the proposed site plan, three (3) copies of the
boundary survey and a $205.00 check for the filing fee.

Per our meeting of February 24, 1998 it is my understanding that this document must
filed by March 23, 1998 in order to be on the April 9, 1998 Planning commission
Meeting. Also record owners within 200 feet of this property must be notified of the
public hearing 15 days prior to the public hearing.
