Gettys, Jr. To: The Public BILL OF ASSURANCE WHEREAS, Joseph M. Gettys Jr. is the sole owner of the following described property: Part of the NW 1/4, SE 1/4, Sec 2, T-I-N, R-14W, Pulaski County Arkansas; containing 8.878 acres, more or less. AND WHEREAS, it is desirable to plat said lots 1 and 2. HUTCHINSON SUBDIVISION to Pulaski County, Arkansas. NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSES: That we, the said owner, hereinafter termed grantor, have caused tract of land to be surveyed by Ed Fryer, Surveyor and William D. Ford, Registered Professional Engineer, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title HUTCHINSON SUBDIVI- SION and the date I��- �; r_T , 1995 and by the signature of the said grantor, and is on ecord in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex=officio Recorder_ of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book Page and the grantor(s) do hereby make this Bill of Assurance. The grantor(s) do hereby certify that they have platted said real estate in accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designed on said plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this desig- nation. . The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedica- tion of the streets and easements shown on the said plat. The building lots herein platted shall be held, owned, and used only as permanent residential building sites, and no busi- ness, commercial or industrial use shall be permitted thereon and the residential buildings shall not be less that 2,000 square feet in size and no mobile or modular homes will be permitted. No livestock animals including but not limited to horses, cows, pigs, and goats shall permitted. All out buildings shall be constructed in similar architecture and building materials as main residence. Bill of Assurance shall be in effect for twenty- five (25) years from the date of signature. All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street than the building line shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
