Jeremy. Thanks for your review. The overhead line stops before the lot on the east and the other lots are fed from a
different line. As such, the owner plans to build near the northern lot line. We can add an easement on the north part of
the west but are requesting to not have an easement on the north part of the east lot. How wide would you like the
easement?
