RE: ACCESS BYWAY OF CLEARWATER DRIVE
At their regular meeting on 10 February 1995, the Board of Commissioners, Little Rock
Municipal Water Works, approved the request from Capitol City Packaging, Inc., for
access to your property off Clearwater Drive.
We are in the process of drafting an agreement for signatures. The basic terms will be our
approval of your request to use Clearwater Drive and your agreement to share in the
maintenance cost based on proportional use.

BILL OF ASSURANCE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WHEREAS, Peter Ardoin (herein referred to as
"Grantor") is the owner of the following described property
in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas:
Part of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4 of Section 22, T-1-N, R-13-W, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the NE corner of the said NW 1/4, SW 1/4 of said Section 22;
thence S 00'02'44" W along the East line of said NW 1/4, SW 1/4 396.00';
thence S 89'14'34" W 486.12'; , thence N 00'01'10" W 396.00' to a point
on the North line of said NW 1/4, SW 1/4; thence N 89'14'36" E along 'the
North line of said NW 1/4, SW 1/4 486.57' to the Point of Beginning, containing
4.421 acres, more of less, together with a 60' easement for ingress and egress
lying South of the subject property.
AND WHEREAS, the Grantor desires to plat the above
described property.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Grantor has caused the said prop-
erty to be surveyed by McGetrick Engineering, Inc., Engi-
neers and Surveyors, and a plat made thereof, identified by
the title "Ardoin Industrial Subdivision of part of the
NW1/4, SW1/4 of Section 22, T-1-N, R-13-W, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas." The plat bears the seals and
signatures of Robert C. Lowe, Jr., Registered Professional
Land Surveyor, and Patrick M. McGetrick, Registered Profes-
sional Engineer, the signature of the Grantor, a Certificate
of Approval by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is
filed for record in the office of the Circuit County Clerk
of Pulaski County, Arkansas, as Plat #
1
The Lands embraced in the said plat shall be forever
known as Ardoin Industrial Subdivision, and all conveyances
of the said lots shall bear this description.
The filing of the plat for record in the office of the
Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski County shall constitute a
complete and valid delivery of any easements and/or rights
-of-way shown on the Plat.
The Lots shown on this plat shall be used only for pur-
poses allowed in an I-1 Industrial Zone according to the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and
all building codes of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
shall be applicable.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has affixed his/her
