NOW, THEREFORE, the Grantor has caused the said prop-
erty to be surveyed by McGetrick Engineering, Inc., Engi-
neers and Surveyors, and a plat made thereof, identified by
the title "Lots 1 and 2, Geneva Industrial Subdivision of
part of the NE1/4, SE1/4 of Section 25, T-1-N, R-13-W, Lit-
tle Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansasl. The plat bears the
seals and signatures of Robert C. Lowe, Jr., Registered Pro-
fessional Land Surveyor, and Patrick M. McGetrick, Regis-
tered Professional Engineer, the signature of the Grantor, a
Certificate of Approval by the Little Rock Planning Commis-
sion, and is filed for record in the office of the Circuit
Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
as Plat #

The Lands embraced in the said plat shall be forever
known as Lots 1 and 2, Geneva Industrial Subdivision, and
all conveyances of the said lots shall bear this descrip-
tion.
The filing of the plat for record in the office of the
Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County
shall constitute a complete and valid delivery of any ease-
ments and/or rights -of -way shown on the Plat.
The Lots shown on this plat shall be used only for pur-
poses allowed in an I-2 Industrial Zone according to the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and
all building codes of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
shall be applicable.
