East along the South line thereof for a distance of 29.35 feet; thence North 26 deg. 33 min. 30 sec. East for a distance of
33.56 feet to a Found 1" Pipe, said point also being the Point of Beginning of the land herein described; thence continuing

thence South 63 deg. 31 min. 40 sec. East along said South Right -of -Way line for a distance of 150.30 feet to a Found #4

curve to the right for a distance of 108.20 feet to a Found Pipe; thence leaving said South Right -of -Way South 29 deg. 58
