WHEREAS, the undersigned are owners of lots in Robinwood No.
1 and Robinwood No. 2, and they desire to extend these covenants
currently in effect as set forth in both Bills of Assurance in
Paragraphs No. l through 16 and Paragraphs No. 18 through 20 of
both Bills of Assurance, inasmuch as the covenant set forth in
Paragraph No. 17 of both Bills of Assurance has expired by its
own term of 20 years from the date of the original Sills of

I have reviewed the re -plat proposal as attached and Entergy does not object to the re -plat as long as:
1. Entergy retains an easement for the UG electrical line which runs along the back of the existing
lots as indicated on the drawing by the "12' Utility Easement" notation, and
2. Entergy is able to access its facilities via truck or other mechanical means for future
maintenance purposes if the underground cable or equipment should fail in the future. No structures
should be built over the top of the cable route.
Let me know if you should need any other information or assistance in this matter.
