I hereby certify that I have surveyed part of Lot 4, Autumnwood
Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas, part of the NE1/4, SW1/4,
Section 4, T-1-N, R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas and the E1/2 of
Alhambra Court (closed) lying West of and adjacent to said NE1 /4,
SW1/4, all more particularly described as: Beginning at the
Northwest corner of Lot 4, said Autumnwood Subdivision, said corner
also being the Northeast corner of Lot 3, said Autumnwood
Subdivision; thence S89?56'46"W along the North line of said Lot 3,
53.88 ft. to a point on the Northerly right-of-way line of Chenal
Parkway; thence N47?14'44"W along said Northerly right-of-way line,
165.01 ft. to a point on the centerline of Alhambra Court (closed);
thence N00?49'46"W along said centerline, 209.59 ft. to a point;
thence N89?56'46"E, 314.42 ft. to a point on the West right-of-way
line of Autumn Road; thence S00?49'51" E along said West right-of-
way line, 341.00 ft.; thence S06?07'13"W and continuing along said
West right-of-way line 84.07 ft. to a point on the Northerly right-
